Please fill in the following form to allow optimised central analysis of the test results.
Please use a separate form for each test.
It is of high importance to fill in what really was done including deviations and not to reproduce the ISO standard text.
The results of this data analysis will be used to identify over- and underregulations of the standard.
Please send the datasheets back as excel file and additionally stored as HTML file.
Please do not reformat any part of the page as this would make further data analysis more difficult.
If the same information should be provided for each test please repeat it by copy and paste.
If no information is available for certain points please leave the fields empty.
The information asked for in the next ages goes beyond the necessities of the standard for better interpretation of test results and test conditions.
The questions ask or options in the forms do not implicate any additional restrictions going beyond the text of the standard but shall only give a better picture of the real test performance conditions used.
