Performances of the analysis software
Arabidopsis, is used very frequently in Screening attempts. Arabidopsis seeds must be differentiated gradually according to resistant (green and largely) and sensitive (yellow and small).Also the germinating rate and the total number of the plants must be determined. Further important parameters are the leave surface area and fluorescence effects. The LemnaTec Scanalyzer is able to analyze with its high-resolution 3CCD camera all these parameters and both qualitatively and quantitatively. The reproducibility of the attempts is over 98 %
