Cotton is a crop with high demands for water, thus breeding for drought tolerant cotton plants is highly important to adapt agriculture to climate change conditions.

With RGB and hyperspectral phenotyping in a PhenoAIxpert HT type high throughput system, drought responses of cotton plants were monitored over time.
