Seed germination and seedling phenotyping

Phenotyping of germinating seedlings comprises assessments of germination tests on moist paper. The core scope is to determinate the germination rate, but measurements on seedling phenotypes, and the temporal development of seedlingd delivers further data. This can be used to rate seedling quality and viability.
