LemnaTec is working with the Department of Plant Physiology at RWTH Aachen to develop and test laboratory phenotyping methods to measure biotic plant stress. Using a Lab Scanalyzer located at the university, we are able to work with scientific experts in plant physiology and plant pathology to perfect plant phenotyping systems and processes.
In the PlantHUB Doctoral Program, a European Industrial Doctoral Program, LemnaTec is sharing two PhD students with the University of Zürich. Our aim is to develop plant phenotyping methods for measuring abiotic stress responses in plants.
A consortium of researchers at the Universities in Bonn and Darmstadt is working with plant phenotyping specialists from LemnaTec in the DePhenSe project on disease resistance in crops.
Phenotyping of Nematodes with Sensors – Development of an image-based measuring procedure for nematodes in different developmental stages.
LemnaTec works with nematologists from the Julius Kühn Institut and image processing specialists from RWTH Aachen university to develop phenotyping tools for nematodes.
