LemnaAIxplorer: Data Analysis and Visualization

The LemnaAIxplorer software module combines, aggregates, and visualizes large data sets to present them in a clear and understandable way. LemnaAIxplorer provides an overview on the recorded images, related data, and analyses. Users can navigate through experiments, view the images, and get reports on the data and analyses. Data are provided in tables or in plots. The LemnaAIxplorer has five sections, a general overview (summary), an experiment-specific section, a data-table section, an image gallery, and a plotting section. The summary section is the starting point to all experiments that are recorded so far. With the experiment section, users can access data that belong to specific experiments. The corresponding data tables are available in the data-table section, with images in the gallery section, and plotting and calculating possibilities in the plotting section.

Data tables and plots for all analyzed features can be displayed and combined. Various plot types, including time series, are available. All data can be exported for further use in standard formats. A browser-based visualization of data and images runs on any computer with access to the file storage or central database, depending on configuration.

Images are accessible via a gallery function so that users can check all data with the corresponding images. In the gallery, users can zoom in on images and have access to all data and metadata that are linked to the images. The LemnaAIxplorer works with all image and analysis data, regardless of whether the analysis was done in LemnaGrid or using customized analysis packages.
