Introduction to LemnaExperiment and LemnaGrid

In class 2 we introduce LemnaExperiment and the fundamental functions of LemnaGrid. These apps are required to work with the recorded image data in order to gain numerical parameters out of the recorded images.

The videos in class 2 serve to teach the first steps in image and data analysis. They explain how to work with experiments and recordings, how to start analyses and how to retrieve analysis results in LemnaExperiment. Moreover, an insight into LemnaGrid explains how image processing can be programmed and it introduces how an analysis pipeline is set up.
